TATA STEEL COMPLETES CORUS BUYOUT

Tata Steel has completed the $ 12 billion acquisition of Cours at a Price of 608 pence per ordinary share, the company said in a statement released today.

The combined Entity will produce 27 million tones of crude steel and will be worlds fifth largest steel producer with 84000 employees across four continents.

Now we have to watch out that whether TATA Steel becomes one of the top most Steel producer in future or not.
