Prices Of Real Estate In Ludhiana

Before December 2006 we all saw a boost of prices of Real Estate In whole Punjab.
But After the change of Govt. in Punjab prices of real estate got stability for some time.
Now from few months it has been started reducing and till date prices has been reduced by 5 to 15 % all over the Punjab.

While on the time of Congrass Governmant A land which actually costs Rs 10 To 15 Lacs For one acre has been sold on a price of 70 to 80 lacs. In some places it has been sold on a price of More Than ONE Crore For one Acre.

As in last three years many big companies started multi projects in Punjab. After arrival of these companies Investors from the all over the world started investing in Real Estate Of Punjab. And they count this business as Most Profit Making And Many Of Them earned more profit in just little investment and in a very low Time.

But today those who are thinking to make a big investment in Punjab for the real estate
had a sit back from this business. As after the change of Government many policies has been changed and change of these policies forced every one to step back from this business.

Now all over Punjab Every one including dealers, investors and financers are waiting for the stability and again increase of prices. Currently there is no body who makes a deal
as every body is afraid for the reducing prices. Lets see what happen in upcoming Days
