After going through this writing of mine, some might label me ‘Fundamentalist’, some may mike to call me ‘Fanatic’ but I am happy that I would never get the tag of a ‘Hypocrite’ because what I am going to write can never be expected from the ‘Most Hypocrite Breed’ of society, i.e. ‘Politicians’ and ‘Visual Media’.
As everybody must be noticing that nowadays every TV Channel is busy promoting Indo-Pak Relations through some or the other entertainment programme by including artistes from Pakistan. Be it a ‘Talent Hunt’ for ‘Singer’ or a ‘Stand-up Comedian’, Pakistanis are everywhere and are winning as well. However so far as winning Rs. 1 Crore or Luxury Cars are concerned they seemed to be determined for improving relations between India and Pakistan at any cost through their ‘Hypocrite’ statements,
However, recently when they were put to real test of the genuineness of their feeling about the restoring the solidarity between two countries, they all failed and that too miserably and blatantly. I am talking about one such Singer’s’ Talent Hunt show which on the eve of 60th Anniversary of Independence, prepared a special show in which every participant was asked to sing ‘Saare Jahan Se Achcha’ in chorus. And I was not surprised at all when I came to know through newspapers that all the three Pakistani Participants not only refused to sing the song but refused to sport the Tricolor Stoll as well and instead wore Green colored cloths.
What does this prove? That this ‘Drama’ of ‘Improving Relations’ is all ‘Farce’ and all these artistes are here for making money and acquire fame through ‘Indian Fools’ like us who do not understand the hairline difference between being ‘Simple’ and ‘Simpleton’.
I, therefore, categorically denounce such mindless efforts of promoting such people whose integrity can never be believed and would advise our channels to have some brain and lower down their greed of making money at the cost of the respect of their country.
One must not forget that there does not exist any concept of ‘Single Handed Handshake’ in the world. There is always a limit of tolerance, humility and modesty because Chanakya Says “Don’t be too straight because straight trees are cut first”. And I say:-
“Bahut Lihaaz Murauvvat Bhi Jaan Ke Dushman Hain,
Jahaan Mein Jeen hai Toh Inmein Kuch Kameen Kar Lo.”
