Let us have a look at one of my interesting cases. The X-ray of a 78 year old lady reveald that she had an uncemented bipolar prostheisi which had become loose and had sunk inside. She was not able to walk for 2 years and had a shortening of 2 inches.
She inderwent a complex revision and could get her lenghth back! She was revised using the uncemeted prosthesis.
