Life is not a fairy tale,
Nor is it a dream,
Life is what you make of it.

Life cannot be taken lightly,
Or too seriously,
Live for today, not for tomorrow,
If tomorrow never comes,
You won't have the chance,
To say I love you, thank you, hello, or goodbye.

Life cannot be perfect,
Now will it be fair.
Make the most of what you have,
You cannot have everything you want.
So at least,
Want everything you have.

Remember the moments,
That take your breath away.
Live for the nights you won't remember,
With the friends you'll never forget.

Life is not a fairy tale,
Nor is it a dream,
So make the best of it,
Have the time of your life.
