Dhan se na paya koi roop se na paya,
Anmol ratan hai woh koi mol na lagaya.

Yoon lutata gaya koi dil mein chhupata gaya,
Ameer mehel ka kabhi fakir se haath milaya.

Dil mein dard kabhi ankhon mein nasha,
Hoton mein pyaar lekin baton se kare gussa.

Ye hai dil ka ranjha koi sharabi ka nasha,
Mohabbat hai naam iska,
Yaaron ko jo banaye BADSHAH!
