katt hi gayi judaai bhi,kab yoon hua ke mar gaye,
aapke bhi din guzar gaye,humare bhi din guzar gaye,

aap bhi kuch aur hai,hum bhi kuch aur hai,
jaane woh aap kidhar gaye ,jaane woh hum kidhar gaye,

raahon mein hi mile the hum,raahen naseeb ban gayi,
aap bhi na apne ghar gaye,hum bhi na apne ghar gaye,

woh bhi ghubaar-e-khaak the,hum bhi ghubaar -e-khaak the,
woh bhi kahin bikhar gaye,hum bhi kahin bhikhar gaye,

koi kinaar-e-joo baitha hua hai sarnigoon,
kashti khidhar chali gayi ,jaane kidhar bhanvar gaye,

aapke liye chale the hum,aapke liye thahar gaye,
aapne kaha toh jee uthe ,aapne kaha toh mar gaye,

waqt hi kuch judai ka itna tavil ho gaya,
dil mein aapke jitne bhi the zakhm ,bhar gaye,

baarish-e-vasi woh hui ,sara ghubaar dhul gaya,
woh bhi nikhar nikhar gaye,hum bhi nikhar nikhar gaye......
