Chahat kis kadar tuti hai
Ki aahat bhi na hui hai
Aab halat kya bataye
Jab humhe khabar hi na hui hai
Jo na socha tha kabhi
anjaame-manjil vahi hui hai
ahbaab samjha tha jise Kabhi
mushkil ab usi ko hui hai
na thi hume jo umeed
Kabhi vahi aaj hakikat bani hui hai
Tariff to karte
Pal bhar ke liye kabhi
Ab itni bhi buri meri
Shaskkiyat nahi hui hai
Saffagoyi hai pasand hume
Phir bhi uljhi kyu zindagi meri hui hai
Yaa khuda bas itna bata de
Jo naa mangi thi naa chahi thi
