jawani ke hiile haya ke bahane
ye mana ke tum mujh se parda karogi
ye duniya magar tujh si bholi nahin hai
chupa ke mohabbat ko ruswa karogi

badi koshishon se badi khwahishon se
tamanna ki sahmi hui saazishon se
milega jo mauka to bechain hokar
darichon se tum mujhko dekha karogi

satayegi jab chandni ki udasi
dukhayegi dil jab fiza ki khamoshi
ufaq ki taraf khali nazren jamakar
kabhi jo na socha vo socha karogi

kabhi dil ko dhadka sa mehsoos hoga
kabhi thandi saanson ka toofan uthega
kabhi gir ke bistar pe aahein bharogi
kabhi jhuk ke takiye pe roya karogi
