Dear Son,
Wish you a happy 21st Birthday !
Welcome to the World of Adulthood !
Cherish the days of bygone Boyhood.
There is no charm in the world of experience
without that streak of innocence.
Now you've got the key to this mature world !
Let the world be explored and prospects unfurled.
May this key of 21, forged with love and care,
Lead you to the undreamt summits out there.
Once you find yourself at that height
The past below may look very slight.
But remember that is where your first step began,
Which made you toddle and walk and you ran !
Learn to work in team and still say "Yes Boss"
That is how the file moves across.
Help the ones in need, in kind or cash or in word
let not your left hand know what your right had forwarded
Never use the scales of currency to weigh your bride
She is your prized partner and your pride
To value the esteem you must never fail
You are 'NOT FOR SALE'
Thank you for standing by me as a man of steel
When my own mother was in need of such care & feel
You are not just my weakness and you are my strength too
