दुर्गा यही
है यही झाँसी की रानी
इतिहास के पनों पर
दर्ज है इसकी कहानी
बस बड़ने दे इसके कदम
न बेटे संग इसको तौल

कितनी जीते जी दफ़न हुई
कितनी जीते जी भस्म हुई
कब किसने था ये जाना
आज मगर हर जन तक
ये पैगाम है पहुचना
भरून हत्या महापाप है
