Most of the people who smoke cigarettes even don?t know that what are the risks related to smoking and what are the benefits of quitting this bad habit of smoking. You have heard a lot about the risk factors of smoking. But here I am going to tell you a few health benefits of quit smoking??.

With in 20 minutes after your last cigarette the Symptoms of Healing start?..

As this healing process begins, noticeable physical changes occur.

After 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, your blood pressure, heart rate and pulse return to normal.

By staying off the cigarettes you decrease your risk factors for serious medical complications.

After 12 hours.

After 12 hours, carbon monoxide and nicotine levels begin to decrease rapidly and the oxygen supply in your blood increases.

As this occurs, you may experience an increase in ?craving?. This is temporary and will decrease with time.

1 month - 3 months.
