*Limit smoking to certain places.
*Buy only one pack at a time.
*Set a date for quitting.
*Have a friend quit smoking with you.
Stop!!
*Change your morning routine and stay busy.
*Get rid of all your cigarettes.
*When the urge arises, remember the 4 -D?s: Drink water * Delay * Deep breathe*Do something different.
