Movie Report
Hello is the film based on the Novel One Night @ Call Center. The film reveals the story of call center executives and story of lost love. Chetan Bhagat the writer of the film fetches the good credits of penning an innovative novel, but things aren't the same with 'Hello' as screenplay crafted by Chetan and Atul Agnihotri is merely a mediocre.
The film is a tale within a tale wherein a beautiful stranger (Katrina Kaif) starts to narrate the story of six call centre employees to a waiting in the airport lounge rockstar (Salman Khan). Her tale is about Shyam (Sharman Joshi) who is losing his girl friend because his career is going nowhere as he trudges his way around in a call center. His girl friend, Priyanka (Gul Panag) is also an agent like him at the call center who is about to be snatched by an NRI techno Greek. There is also the aspiring model, Esha (Ish Kopikar), who is hoping for the break that seems to be always already eluding her and the man about town, Varun (Sohail Khan), who is into well, things. The housewife, Radhika (Amrita Arora), who is constantly at the receiving end of her mother-in-law and a beleaguered grandfather (Sharath Saxena), Military uncle, who has been barred from interacting with his grandchild make up the rest of the call agents who see their worlds crumbling around them as the decisions of right sizing are conveyed by Bakshi (Dilip Tahil), the boss. It is a night when dreams will finally crumble. Or will it? For there is that call from God.
Atul Agnihotri's first film as a director, Dil Ne Jise Apna Kaha was a flop but he redeems himself with Hello. His handling of both comic and serious scenes deserves applause. Chetan Bhagat the original author of the book, One Night at the Call Centre also being the co-screenplay writer of the film along with Atul has helped the film a lot.
On the acting front, Sharman and Sohail are enthusiastic right throughout emoting to fun, frolic and emotional quotients. Gul Panag doesn't deliver the best performance other than sharing romantic sequences with Sharman. Amirta Arora's performance is quite good. She is fully dressed for a change and acts ably. Sharat Saxena, Bharati Achrekar and Dalip Tahil give able support.
On the whole, hello is totally different film than regular bollywood films. The film has all the good points but it could have been better with a strong screenplay. Anyways Hello will be an unusual experience for the viewers and it will do an average business.

THis movie shows tha life of call center people. Storyline was good but end is anticlimax and cast could have been younger and better.
The nest part of this movie is Gul Panang kiss scene and overall she looks very sexy.
Salman and Katrin kaif are in guest appearance so don't get fooled by their cast.
Overall its an average time pass movie
