| Marigold is a poor movie. |

It may look like “Oh! A Hollywood Actress with Salman Khan as the Hero in a Hollywood Movie!”. But there is nothing Good in Store. Salman Khan has not been cast in the movie for his acting skills but he’s been cast in the movie because the Movie itself is about Bollywood and the director had Salman in mind before making the movie.
Ali larter on the other hand is a B-Grade Hollywood Actress and she didn’t have any major productions in her hands so it was not Big Deal for her and anyway any Female Foreigner Actress Famous or Less Famous especially from Hollywood becomes a Major Attraction for Mumbai Localities.
Salman Khan’s English is really not worthy of appreciation and he looks quite out of tune while delivering English Dialogues. Ali Larter really struggles while Dancing.
Typcial Hindi movie story, Marigold is a poor movie. The director was more Obsessed with Bollywood so he made it for the Sake of making a movie about Bollywood rather than Focussing on giving us a Good Quality Movie.

| Marigold is an Average Movie. |

Marigold is an Average Movie. Ali larter is also an Average Hollywood Actress with not much credentials. But it is for the first time that a Bollywood Actor has a Lead Role in a Hollywood Movie. And that is a quite a Major Attraction of the movie.
Story is typical Hindi masala and Ali larter is the only Foreigner amongst the Indian Dominated cast of the movie. Though it is being called Hollywood Movie on Bollywood but there is nothing Hollywood about it apart from Ali larter and the Director
It also has seven songs which is very Untypical for a Primarily Hollywood movie.
