Movie Report
Kisse Pyaar Karoon directed by Ajay Chandhok is a comedy film. The film has a good star cast like Arshad Warsi, Ashish Chowdhary, Yash Tonk, Udita Goswami, Aarti Chhabria, Shakti Kapoor and Shweta Menon. Arshad and Ashish head this comic adventure.
Sid [Arshad Warsi], John [Aashish Chowdhry] and Amit [Yash Tonk] are thick friends. Everything is going fine till Sheetal [Udita Goswami] enters the scene. She plans to usurp the wealth of John. She entices him and John falls for her.
She creates problems and hurdles in their friendship. Sid and Amit realize her game and plan to foil it. They decide to bring John back but John is in her full grip and refuses to budge. He is completely infatuated by Sheetal and does not want to listen to them. Now Sid and Amit embark on a plan to save John from Sheetal. What happens next is rest of the film.
Performance wise, Arshad Warsi has no scope in this film. This can be called his worst performance ever. Aashish Chowdhary is intolerable in most of the scenes. Yash Tonk has played his role very well. Udita Goswami looks hot as usual but performance wise she is just okay. Aarti Chhabria is wasted. Shakti Kapoor and Ashish Vidyarthi are fine. Shweta Menon is funny.
On the whole, Kisse Pyaar Karoon is a slapstick comedy. A slapstick comedy needs Good direction, good actors and good dialogues but Kisse Pyaar Karoon fails in all three. In this film the performances are poor, dialogues are pathetic. The director (Ajay Chandhok) has potential but the poor illogical script lets him down. This film will not be able to make the viewers laugh.
