About Movie:-Agneepath 2011 is a most anticipated upcoming bollywood Movie produced by Karan Johar, directed by Karan Malhotra, starring Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra, Sanjay Dutt, Rishi Kapoor, and Om Puri. The movie is a remake of the 1990 blockbuster Hindi film of the same name starring Amitabh Bachchan.
Agneepath 2011 Songs are composed by the popular bollywood duo music directors Ajay-Atul. Since Hrithik and Karan Johar are pairing for the second time and both being popular figures of bollywood, there are lots of expectations from Agneepath.

It has been said that this is an adaption of Agneepath which was released in 1990. Hrithik Roshan and Sanjay Dutt both undertook a strict exercise regime to gain muscle for the film.
Mumbai, Aug 23, 2011 (Washington Bangla Radio) On the eve of Gokulashtami, when people all over India participated and celebrated the enigmatic festival, Hrithik’s first look from his upcoming Dharma Productions’ remake Agneepath, created quite a stir amongst fans online.
Movie Review:-The story opens in island Mandwa near Maharashtra. The school master of the village,Dinanath Chauhan (Chetan Pandit),who is highly respected by the villagers tries to dissuade them from giving away their lands on lease to Kancha Cheena (Sanjay Dutt),the son of the village head who plans to start a drug mafia.He then proceeds to put a false blame of raping a student on Master Dinanath Chauhan and executes him in full public view by hanging him to banyan tree.This forces the 12 years old Vijay and his mom to flee the town and they reach Mumbai where his mom gives birth to a baby girl. In Mumbai the young Vijay sees Kancha and as events pan out becomes an accomplice of Rauf Lala (Rishi Kapoor) as Rauf has clash with Kancha. Vijay tries to seek help and power of Lala to be powerful.
Vijay Dinanath Chauhan (Hrithik Roshan) manipulates two drug mafia bosses, Rauf Lala (Rishi Kapoor) and Kancha Cheena (Sanjay Dutt), to avenge the death of his father, a teacher, at the brutal hands of Kancha.
Heroes of many Bollywood films in the 1980s and early 1990s represented angst against the toppling of the socialist order; their battle was for the wronged teacher and the farmer, against those who represented money and greed. Their goal justified their violent means. Vijay is exactly that. In the unduly stretched climax, by which time you are likely to be crushed by the film’s deafening histrionics, Good swings a painfully plodding blow to Bad.
Direction, Dialogues and Music:-The other stalwart is the ever-dependable Rishi Kapoor - completely despicable and thoroughly enjoyable through the film. And yes, he wears lots of surma around the eyes.Priyanka Chopra hangs in there as Kaali, but hers isn’t the role that you remember, simply because there’s not much to it.Sanjay Dutt - don’t go by his recent quotes comparing his laugh to the Joker. The music and background score by Ajay-Atul blend with the screenplay – it’s loud and boisterous and adds to the earthiness of the film.
Overall:-Everything about this Agneepath is over-emphasized. And at a running time of 3 hours, it is a test of your patience.
