About Story:-Kahani is an upcoming bollywood thriller drama movie under the baner of Pen India Pvt. Ltd and Boundscript Motion Pictures Pvt Ltd It is story of a pregnant lady who was on search of her husband who was gone missing.Vidya Balan this time again playing role of pregnant lady excellently.Movie is majorly shooted in Kolkata.Vidya looks very sexy in her role. According to director most of the shooting is going on in real places although it is very difficult to shoot on real places of crowded city like Kolkata. So get ready to watch stunning Vidya Balan in action after ‘No One Killed Jessica’. She is amazing performer and we can expect thrilling drama movie from her. Vishal Dadlani who along with his partner Shekhar has composed the music for the film and has declared it to be his best score till date. He recently tweeted about his excitement on the film and didn’t hesitate to praise Vidya with highest accolades.
Movie Review:-Sly, gripping and taut, Kahaani is much too enjoyable to find flaws. This is, without doubt, Sujoy Ghosh's best work so far.The movie arrests you right from the word go, and if at the end you find your popcorn and Pepsi hardly tasted, you have only the director and Vidya to blame. 'Phenomenal' is perhaps the right word to describe the movie in all aspects - performances, script, cinematography, music, screenplay and everything else - the movie for me scores a ten-on-ten.
Direction, Dialogues and Music:-Vidya Balan has the gravitas to excel in a role that requires her to be sensible, adamant, sharp, vulnerable and pregnant. Like she's done with every subsequent release, Balan replaces the memory of her last performance (The Dirty Picture) with a sparkling new one. It's not a showy, act-out-loud delivery and that's what makes it so seamless.
Overall:- Great movie, gripping storyline, excellent performances and brilliant climax! Go 'B'idya...rooting for u for all film awards 2013!
