Ajay Devgn is already moved onto his next project much before the release of Singham. He is all set to pair up with Sonakshi Sinha for Ashwini Dheer’s film titled SOS - Son Of Sardar. The film will be jointly produced by Devgn and NR Pachisia.
Ajay is one of the most bankable stars in Bollywood today. After his recent spate of successful films, he is looking forward to work with younger heroines. He has already worked with Kajal Agarwal in Singham and will be working with Sonam Kapoor in Vishal Bhardwaj’s next.
He has recently signed up for Ashwini Dheer’s SOS - Son Of Sardar opposite Sonakshi Sinha as well. After a long gap, he will be working with his old friend NR Pachisia. It was Pachisia who had given Rohit Shetty a break in Zameen in which Ajay Devgn had played the lead role.” Another source said, “After the success of Dabangg, Sonakshi has entered the big league of actresses in the industry.
Movie Review:- Son Of Sardaar" takes us into the core of a family feud in Punjab where Sanjay Dutt, playing a goofy oddball of a Panjabi patriarch as only he can, wants our affable Sardarji Ajay Devgn dead to fulfil an ancestral vendetta. The IQ level of every character in this film is way below average. Every man in Ashwani Dhir's world of belligerent bloodbaths is more daft than the previous. The women are slightly more intelligent, though our leading lady Sonakshi Sinha, photogenic as she is, has begun to get repetitive in her chirpiness. Juhi Chawla, as the woman who waits 25 years to marry Sanjay Dutt and then finally tells him, "Sorry, I don't want to build my mandap over the grave of another woman's love", is also intellectually challenged.
Direction, Performance and Music:- Ajay Devgn makes an entry standing on two horses. Star performance is outstanding. Mika-Bhavna Pandit-Yo Yo Honey Singh’s “Rani Tu Main Raja,” Himesh-Aman Trikha’s “Son of Sardaar” and Himesh-Vikas Bhalla-Aman Trikha’s “Po Po” are the three highs in this zesty, zingy, electric score that has your feet tapping instantly without losing touch with melody.
Overall:- Son of Sardaar is an unapologetic Bollywood entertainer that promises a lot laughs.
