Movie Review:- MBA Suraj Kumar (Rahil Tondon) leaves his well-paid job to chase his dream of becoming a director. Though he faces opposition from his family and friends, he smiles (rather annoyingly) through every difficulty to find his place in the industry. In between, he falls in love (with Bhavna Ruparel), is thrown out by two different producers, reels under the pressure of a family loan, rejects an offer of threesome by his producer and actress, and meets the 'baddies' of Bollywood. There is nothing more to say about the stereotypical scenes in between.
Direction, Performance and Music:- In terms of performance, Rahil Tandon avoids hamming while Bhavna Ruparel looks promising. Songs are so-so. The director tries to give a message through this movie: if a story is worth telling it manages to find a voice. But if it doesn’t then try as hard as you want to, it just won’t matter.
Overall:- Watch Pritish Chakraborty’s Chal Pichchur Banate Hain only if you need some inspiration to get into Bollywood.
