Additional Notes: Based on the classic Brothers Grimm fairy tale "Snow White."
Movie Review:- Mirror Mirror is a charming, sweet, albeit flawed little confection, worth seeing if you love inventive production and costume design, but especially if you have a soft spot for the work of director Tarsem Singh, who supplies some moments of visual brilliance his fans have come to love
Direction, Dialogues and Music:- Mirror Mirror has far too many flaws to be considered a resounding success. An awful lot of the jokes feel weak and lazy, and attempts to make the film feel fresh and modern often end up being distracting or just dumb. But the whole thing lacks tonal cohesion, lurching from Tim Burton-style comic grotesquerie to underpowered action set pieces to a gratuitously self-referential Bollywood production number on the end credits.
Overall:- Mirror Mirror is not exactly a children’s movie and is definitely not just for adults. Once again, Tarsem Singh has crafted a visually rich film overflowing with imagination and creativity, but the poor screenplay and confused tone contribute to the film’s ultimate demise.
