About Movie:- Ruby Sparks is an upcoming romantic comedy. A young novelist achieves success early in his career, but then struggles. In a bid to overcome his writer's block, he writes about a woman he thinks will love him, and wills her into existence.
Movie Review:- A young author writes the woman of his dreams, and gets the surprise of his life when she turns out to be real. Celebratednovelist Calvin (Paul Dano) used to be the darling of the literary scene; now he's wondering if he'll ever actually write another book. His inspiration at an all-time low, Calvin creates Ruby (screenwriter/co-star Zoe Kazan) and the ideas start flowing. A week later, when Ruby shows up in Calvin's apartment completely smitten, the lonely writer begins to fear he's losing his mind. Elliot Gould, Chris Messina, and Annette Benning co-star
Direction, Performance and Music:- Supporting performances are uniformly sharp, and the use of locations. This is a mature and wonderfully written film. But the collaboration factor is very much at work here, as well. Calvin is painfully neurotic but kept likable because of Dano's excellent portrayal.
Overall :- It’s a romantic comedy Movie.
