 Full Movie Review

About Movie:-  Big Miracle is an upcoming romantic drama film starring Drew Barrymore and John Krasinski. A fact-based film about the 1988 rescue of a trio of California gray whales that got trapped under the ice of the Arctic Circle.

Set in Cold War-era 1988, "Whales" tells the true story of a small-town reporter (John Krasinski) and a Greenpeace volunteer (Drew Barrymore) who enlist the help of rival superpowers to save three majestic gray whales trapped under the ice of the Arctic Circle. Ted Danson plays a win-at-all-costs oilman who has no interest in saving the mammals. Vinessa Shaw plays a White House staffer who wants the government to help the whales.

Additional Notes: Big Miracle is based on the 1989 book Freeing the Whales: How the Media Created the World's Greatest Non-Event by Tom Rose, which covers Operation Breakthrough, the 1988 international effort to rescue gray whales from being trapped in ice near Point Barrow, Alaska.
