Anderson defends her latest film
London : Actress Gillian Anderson is defending her latest movie "Straightheads", saying not all films should be nice to watch.
Anderson, who starred in "X-Files", believes it is irresponsible and unrealistic to ignore violence in art.
"Movies should be whatever the f**k they are. If they are disturbing, then let them be disturbing. It's dark, but it's brilliantly dark. We can't pretend there isn't violence in the world, that it doesn't happen," she was quoted as saying by contactmusic.com.
