Eggy Bread
Ingredients: 4 tbsp Milk 2 tsp Butter Oil for frying 4 Bread slices 2 Eggs, lightly beaten Method: Trim the crusts off the bread. Cut the bread into about 4cm strips. Beat the egg and milk in a shallow dish and dip the bread into this mixture until coated on both sides. Melt the butter and oil in a frying pan and fry the strips of bread until golden on both sides.
