INGREDIENTS:
Flour 250 gm Salt 6 gm Sugar 25 gm Yeast 8 gm Eggs (beaten) 2 Water 150 ml Melted butter 85 gm Cream: 1 Cup Chopped Fruits (Your choice): 1 Cup METHOD: - Take flour in a mixing bowl and make a well in the center. - Dissolve yeast in water and add eggs. - Pour the mixture into the flour and add salt and sugar. - Use whisker to mix thoroughly till smooth batter. Mix well. - Add the melted butter and incorporate in the batter. - Reset for 20 minutes. - Fill the mould with 3/4th of the batter. - Bake in oven for 25 minutes at 180 c. - Cool down and soak it in hot sugar syrup. - Fill with cream in the center of the dessert and decorate with fruits.
