Carob Cupcakes

Ingredients
½ c - flour
¼ tsp - baking soda
½ c - sour milk
¼ c - corn oil
1 tsp - baking powder
1 c - sugar
½ tsp - salt
½ tsp - vanilla
2 tsp - lemon juice
2 tsp - almond essence


Instructions
• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
• Bake in a nicely greased cake pan
