Ingredients :
Egg - 4nos Sliced onion - 1cup Chopped green chilly - 6nos Crushed ginger - 1tsp Crushed garlic - 1tsp Curry leaves - 2sprigs Besan flour - 100gm Oil for frying Water Method : Boil the egg and cut it into 4 pieces. Take a bowl and mix onion, green chilly, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and besan flour with some water. Make a dough with it.Take a small portion from the dough and roll it into round. Place the egg in it and cover. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bajee till golden brown. Serve hot.
