Pizza Omelette In Just Few Minutes

Pizza Omelette

(Omelette with Pizza Topping)
If you like Pizza & Omelette This is the best dish you can find.

Serves : 4

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 red capsicum, cut into thin strips
5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
salt and pepper
1/2 cup grated mozrella and cheddar cheese
1 stick cabanossi, sliced
6 black olives, pitted, sliced
1/4 tsp dried oregano or
1 tsp chopped fresh oregano

Method

1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in non-stick pan.
2. Add onion and capsicum.
3. Stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.
4. Remove from pan; drain on paper towels.
5. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in medium mixing bowl.
6. Beat with a wire whisk for 2 min.
7. Heat remaining oil in same non-stick pan.
8. Pour egg mixture into pan and shake pan to spread mixture evenly over base; cook for 1 min over mediumhigh heat without stirring.
9. Remove pan from heat.
10. Preheat grill to 400 F.
11. Sprinkle partly cooked omelette with onion and capsicum mixture, cheese, cabanossi and olives.
12. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake for 10 minutes or until set.
