Ingredients
1 can of chick Peas (kabuli Chole, 2 boiled
potatoes, 1 chopped green hot chilli, 1/2 cup
chopped red onion, 1/8 cup chopped corriander,
1 chopped tomato, 2 tbsp imli chutney, 2 tbsp
mint corriander chutney, 1/2 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp
chat masala
Method
Cube the boiled/peeled potatoes. Rinse chick
peas with cold water. Put them in a bowl add
onions, chiili, potatoes, tomatoes, corriander,
both the chutnies and salt pepper chat masala.
Mix well to coat chickpeas well. Check salt and
pepper according to taste. Serve it at room
temprature. Enjoy
