Annas Noodle Special

Ingredients:

Noodles 1/2 pkt.
Mushrooms 100gms.
Baby corn 50gms.
Boiled shredded chicken 100 gms.
Chopped ginger and garlic 1/2 tsp.
Chopped lemon grass stem 1 tsp.
Vinegar 1 tsp.
Soya sauce 1 tsp.
Cornflour 1 tbsp.
Chopped green chilly and coriander leaves, freshly ground pepper and salt to taste.

Recipie:
Deep fry the noodles, take a pan, heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil. Add chopped ginger, garlic, lemon grass and green chillies and stir for a while. Add the mushrooms and baby corn. Fry for a minute. Add 1 cup of water. Add salt, vinegar, soya sauce, pepper. Bring to boil. Add the cornflour after dissolving it in little water. Boil for another two minutes then add the chicken and fried noodles. Cook for another two minutes. Serve garnished with coriander and butter(optional).
