Bel Ka Sharbat
INGREDIENTS:
Bel 01 no. Medium size
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Jeera roasted 1/2 tsp
Water 2 glass
(Chilled)
PROCEDURE:
- Scoop the flesh of the bel with help of spoon.
- Pass through a sieve to remove seeds.
- Mix with all spices and chilled water. Mix with all spices and chilled water.
- Serve chilled with ice
