INGREDIENTS:
Egg white of 5 eggs
Break fast sugar 150 gm
Cake slices 10 nos.
Vanilla essence 200gms
Mixed fruits, chopped 2 tbsp
Strawberry ice cream 200 gm
Brandy 30 ml.
METHOD:
1. Arrange cake slice in the bottom of a platter & put a slice of strawberry ice cream on it. Cover the ice cream with 1 tbsp of chopped fruits & place another layer of ice cream over it. Cover this too with chopped fruits.
2. Cover the sides & top with sliced cake; deep-freeze.
3. Beat egg white until stiff.
4. Add breakfast sugar & keep beating till a cliff is formed.
5. Coat the frozen ice cream layers with meringue and bake it in oven or under a salamander.
6. When coloured, cover with brandy.
