INGREDIENTS
Chana dal or Moong dal 1 cup
Water 1 1/2 cup
Coconut fresh grated 1 cup
Green chilies 4-5
Muster seeds 1 t/s
Chana dal 1 t/s
Urad dal 1 t/s
Oil 2 t/s
Asafoetida owder 1/2 t/s
Lemon juice 2 t/s
Onion (Optional)
PROCEDURE
Boil dal in cooker and cool it, Heat oil add mustard seeds, chilies, dals, Asafoetida powder , Onion and mix it well, Put boiled dal inside the mixture, Add coconut and lemon juice , mix it well, You can eat this as evening snack or with rice .
