INGREDIENTS
Green methy leaves pieces 2 cups
Toor dal - 2 cup
Green chilies - 4-5
Mustard seeds - 1/2 t/s
Coconut grated - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Ghee - 2-3 t/s
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 3-4 t/s
PROCEDURE
Boil toor dal in cooker, Heat ghee add mustard seeds, Green chilies and methi leaves, Add dal and fry for 2-4 minutes Add coconut and salt, Garnish with coriander and curry leaves, Sprinkle lemon juice on the top. This side which i learned from my friend can be taken with chapati, roti, rice.
