Chocolate & Strawberry Sundae

INGREDIENTS: Milk 500ml Powdered sugar 1/2 cup Cornflour slurry 2 tsp Fresh cream 200 gm Vanilla essence 1 tsp Strawberry jelly 1-2 tbsp Chocolate, grated 1 tbsp Wafer biscuit 1 Strawberry Sauce: Chasni (Sugar syrup) 1 cup Cornflour slurry 2-3 tsp Powdered sugar 2 tsp Strawberry puree 2 TSP Strawberry, diced 2-3 tbsp Lemon juice 4-5 drops
PROCEDURE: 1. Heat milk in a pan. Add sugar, cornflour slurry and cream. 2. Add vanilla essence, once the mixture becomes thick, place in the freezer after it cools down. 3. To make strawberry sauce, take chasni in a pan. Add cornflour slurry, powdered sugar, strawberry puree and cook. 4. Now add diced strawberry, lemon juice and cook for a little while. Strawberry sauce is ready. 5. Take 1-2 tbsp of strawberry jelly in a glass. Add 1 scoop of ice cream and strawberry sauce. 6. Add another scoop of ice cream and strawberry sauce. Finally add grated chocolate and diced strawberry. 7. Serve chocolate and strawberry sundae with wafer biscuit.
