Strawberry Rasmalai In Just 10 Minutes

Strawberry Rasmalai

A fruity presentation of fresh strawberries sandwiched between slices of juicy rasmalai.

Preparation Time : 10 min.
Makes 12 rasmalais.

Ingredients
12 rasmalais
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Method
1. Sprinkle the powdered sugar over the sliced strawberries.
2. Slice the rasamalais and sandwich them with a few sliced straberries.
3. Crush the remaining strawberries and add to the rasmalai milk.
4. Arrange on a serving dish and garnish with a few sliced strawberries

.Handy tip(s) :
1.Slice the rasmalais carefully as they are delicate and could break easily.
2.Variation : Mango Rasmalai :
3.Use mangoes instead of strawberries.
