Ingredients :
4 eggs
250 ml skimmed milk
4 tablespoons low-fat creme fraiche
4 teaspoons sugar and 3 teaspoons sweetner
2 tablespoons almond extract
40g chopped flaked almonds
20g grated chocolate (at least 70% cacao solids is best)
Recipe :
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Mix all ingredients together, adding chocolate last.
Stir until you have a smooth paste.
Pour into a large pudding dish or individual ramequins.
Cook in oven for about half an hour.
Leabe to cool and serve, or serve hot with custard.
