Ingredients
•300gm Paneer
•2tsp Saunf (Aniseed)
•1tsp Mustard seeds
•1 pinch Methi dana (Fenugreek seeds)
•1/2tsp Kalonji (Onion seeds)
•1tsp Jeera (Cumin)
•5-6 flakes Garlic
•1"piece Ginger
•4tbs Oil
•3 Chopped onion
•3-4 Chopped green chilli
•1tsp Haldi (Turmeric powder)
•1/2cup Curd
•11/2tsp Amchur (Dried Mango) powder
•2-3 Slit green chillies
•1tsp Salt
Directions
1.Slice paneer into rectangular pieces. Crush garlic and ginger together and keep aside.
2.Heat oil in a pan. Add aniseeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, onion seeds and cumin together. Let them crackle for a minute. Add chopped onions and green chillies and sauté until onions turn golden brown. Add turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste. Cook for 1/2minute. Add sliced paneer.
3.Beat curd till smooth. Gradually add this to the paneer and keep stirring. Add amchur powder and 1/2tsp salt. Cook till the curd dries up. Garnish with slit green chillies.
