Ingredients:
Two Eggs,
One medium size onion,
6 pieces of garlic,
Oil to fry,
Salt & Ajwain,
Wheat Flour.
Direction:
Took two boiled eggs, crush it. Took one medium size onion and took 6 pieces of garlic also some ginger, chopped them in small pieces. Now Fried them, them mix crushed egg and add some salt as per your taste, fried them for 1 minute. now switch off the gas flame and add half tea spoon of ajwain and mangrail and mixed it with fried egg. Now batter the flour for stuffing. now stuff the fried egg into them just like you were stuffing potatoes. You may also add chopped green chilli into them.
