Ingredients
• 250 ml Chilled milk
• 1 Cup black grapes
• 1/2 Cup sugar
• 1 Cup water
Directions
1.Separately add half-cup water to the grapes and half-cup water to sugar.
2.Boil grapes for about 4 minutes till they turn soft.
3.Boil sugar and water mixture to achieve one thread consistency.
4.Blend softened grapes and then sieve.
5.Add it to the sugar syrup and simmer for 5 minutes.
6.Chill the mixture very well.
7.Blend the milk and grape concentrate till frothy.
8.Transfer it to glasses.
9.You can top the shake with a scoop of vanilla.
10.Grape Milk Shake is ready to serve.
