Kacchi Ambi Ka Panna

INGREDIENTS:
Raw mangoes(medium size) 05 nos.
Black salt 1 tsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
Mint chopped 2 tsp
Roasted jeera 1 tsp
Water 2-1/2 glass
PROCEDURE:
- Boil the raw mangoes in water until soft.
- Peel and remove the pulp.
- In the pulp add all spices and add water.
- Serve chilled with fresh mint on top.
