Ingredients
• 2 tsp Skim milk powder
• 1 1/2 tsp Fresh curds
• 2 Pinches cardamom powder
• 2 Pinches saffron
• 2 1/2 tsp Skim milk
• 4 tsp Sugar
Directions
1.Mix skim milk powder and prepared milk.
2.Heat the milk till it becomes lukewarm. Add cardamom powder, curds and sugar.
3.Heat the saffron and add 2 tsp of the milk mixture.
4.Stir the mixture until the saffron gets dissolved.
5.Add saffron mixture to the milk
6.Keep it to set in a cupboard.
7.Kesari sweet curd is ready.
