Ingredients
• 1 Whole kiwi
• 1 Cup mashed ripe kiwi
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1/2 Cup Whipped cream
• 1 Cup Whole milk
• 2 tbsp Cornstarch
• 5 tbsp Sugar
• Salt
Directions
1.Remove excess juices from mashed kiwi by straining.
2.Beat egg yolks with the wire whisk in a double boiler until creamy and yellow.
3.Add cornstarch, half the sugar, salt, hot milk and vanilla.
4.Beat again well.
5.Simmer the mixture for about 8 minutes over boiling water.
6.Cool it when thick.
7.Beat egg white until it turns stiff.
8.Slowly add rest of the sugar.
9.Mix the mashed kiwi, cooled custard and whipped cream.
10.Pour the preparation into wine goblets.
11.Chill it and top with kiwi slices.
12.Kiwifruit cream is ready.
