Aloo Ka Halwa
INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes 300gm / 4 nos.
Desi ghee 80-100 gms
Sugar 70 - 90 gms
Pista slivers, almond silver, cashewnut broken, Kishmish 30 gms
PROCEDURE:
- Over boil potatoes and grate them.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add grated potatoes and cook till ghee separate
- Add sugar and stir continuously
- Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan
- Remove in serving dish
- Garnish with dry fruit
- Aloo halwa is heavy hence dry fruit should be used scarcely.
