Soya Vadi Ki Biryani

Name of the Dish: Soya Vadi ki Biryani
Course: 45 mins
Cusine: indian
Ingredients:
1.soyavadi : 100 gm
2.basmati chawal : 2 cup
3.onion : 4
4.tomato : 2
5.ginger paste : 1 tea

6.garlic paste : -"-
7.coriander leaves : 2 T spoon
paste
8.garam masala : 1 T spoon
powder
9.lemon juice : --"--
10.oil : 4 table
spoon
11.dry coconut :1/2 cup
12.turmeric :1/2 Tspoon
13.red chilli
powder : 2 T spoon
14.cashewnuts : 10-15
15.badam : 10-15
Procedure: 1. wash the rice and soak for half an hour. 2. fry two long cut onions and dry coconut till golden brown and make paste from them. 3. take oil in the pan, add garlic, ginger,coriander paste fry them till brown. 4. add onion-coconut paste and tomato puree. fry them. 5. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder and mix them properly. 6.when this mixture releases oil from the corner then add one glass of water to it. 7. add soyawadi's in boiled water and after cooling sqeeze the water out. 8. add these soyawadi's in the above gravy and boil for 10-15 mins. 9.half cook the rice by adding one T spoon lemon juice. 10. now in a pot or cooker apply oil from all sides. add one layer of half boiled rice in the base and above that another layer of soyawadi and gravy. add some fried onion,cashew pieces and badam pieces on it. repeat the layers of rice, soyawadi & nuts. 11. cook on gas on low flame for 5 minutes directly. and on hot pan on low flame for 15 mins. Soyawadi Biryani is Ready to serve. this is a two in one receipe. Means you can eat the soyawadi sabji with roti directly or taste it with rice one special thing about this receipe is that those people who can not eat non-veg. but want that taste in veg. can try this receipe.
