Ingredients
1 dozen ripe mangoes
100 gms sugar
Method
1. Remove mango pulp, add sugar and blend in a mixer.
2. Pour this pulp on steel plates and dry in hot sun for 15-20 days.
5. When it dries, the polis become stiff and leaves the plate. They can be preserved for a long time in airtight containers.
