Banana Nut Cake

Ingredients:

Sugar 1 � cups
Shortening � cup
Eggs 2
Milk 4 tbsp
Soda 1 tsp
Hot water
Vanilla 1 tsp
Flour,sifted 4 times 2 cups
Baking powder 1 tsp
Bananas,mashed 3
Walnuts, chopped 1 cup

Method

1 cream the sugar and shortening;add the eggs and milk. Add soda dissolved in hot water,vanilla,flour and baking powder.

2. finally mix in the bananas and walnuts and bake in a moderate oven.
