Butter Biscuits

Cooking Time : 25 - 30 Minutes
Serves / Makes : 30 Biscuits

Ingredients
Butter - 1 Cup
Powdered Sugar - 1 Cup
Elaichi - 4 - 5
Maida - 2 Cups

Method
1. Cream butter till soft.
2. Add sugar a little by little and cream well till soft anf fluffy.
3. Add powdered elaichi
4 Gently mix in the maida and make a dough.
5 Take small balls of the dough, shape them round and flatten slightly between palms.
6 Arrange on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees centigrade for 20 - 25 Minutes, till slightly brown
