Ingredients :
Liver 1 kg,
Potato 1 Kg, 1 Kg puin sag,
1 kg pumpkin, 500gm brinjal,
2 radish, 50 gm ginger,
50 gm garlic, 300 gm onion,
3 tomato, Panch Phoron, green clilly,
bay leaf, sugar, salt,
turmeric powder, chilly powder according to taste.
Preparation :
Mix the liver with salt and turmeric powder. Boil until done. In a pan, put 250 gms of mustard oil. Saute panch phoron, green chilly, bay leaf, onion paste, garlic paste and ginger paste till lightly browned. Add sliced po-tato in the mixture. Fry potato till brown. Add pumpkin, brinjal, puin sag, radish, tomato and tur-meric powder and salt (according to taste). Steam the mix-ture for few minutes. Add the liver mixture. Again steam for few minutes over low heat. Do not put any water. Add some sugar when its done. Re-move from heat.
